Yes, I know I am yelling but this has been so freaking awesome!!! I have met a ton of incredible people and I am really looking forward to building stronger relationships with all of them!
Let’s start off with:

I am a fan of many podcasters in the space but one of the people that I most align with is Pat Flynn. Pat runs several podcasts:
I am just humbled by the amount he does and the way he runs his businesses and also makes his family a priority! He has set the bar pretty high but he helps you try to get there!
So I am a huge Giftology fan and also a friend (mostly acquaintance but working on it) of John Ruhlin. I tell as many people about that book as I can because I believe that it’s the right way to approach gifting and relationship forming.
If you don’t know the book: One of the big takeaways is that if you are going to get or make a gift for someone, it needs to be about them. So I took the cover of Pat’s book “Will if Fly” and I also took what he loves (Back to The Future) and combined the two on a shirt just for him!
As you can see by the feature image, I think he loved it!
Now, as to not fall into an emotional trap… I do this with NO EXPECTATIONS! Pat doesn’t owe me anything, not even a shout out on social media. This is a gift plain and simple. If this becomes the first item in a series of things that lead to a friendship in the future, then awesome, but if I just see him once a year as a fan at a conference, then that’s fine too.
